Embracing the motto ‘Practice makes perfect’, we offer children a playful and enjoyable introduction to winter sports in our dedicated kids’ area. At Lachtal Ski Resort, we guarantee a fun and gentle start on the slopes, making it the ideal place for their first skiing adventure.

Lessons for Lachtal's youngest snow lovers:

Snow Sigi Adventure Package

This program is especially for kids who are under 4 years of age and haven’t done any skiing yet.

If your child can’t wait to put on boots, take out the skis and set off for its first try "Snow Sigi Adventure Program" is the right choice to make. In small groups (maximum of two 2 kids) children are accompanied by one of our qualified instructors who will help with the very first attempt on skies. They will learn in a supportive and fun environment while developing confidence.

Duration:55 minutes (one session)

Equipment:Program includes equipment (you won’t be charged any extra fees). Our rookies are free to keep their ski gear all day.

Lessons for beginners

GROUP lessons FOR CHILDREN OF 4 YEARS OF AGE AND OVER

Your child is already four years old but hasn’t tried its luck on skis yet? No problem. Qualified and experienced ski instructors will share there wealth knowledge and teach your child how to master the slopes.Their passion is contagious and kids will have plenty of fun whilst developing a love for the sport. After a little practice your kid will be able to ride the cable, button or chair lift. On the last day of the program which is usually a Friday a race for all children will be arranged.

Duration:1/2 till a maximum of 6 days

Time:10:00am-11:50am and 14:00pm-15:45pm

Start:Starting day is on Monday (in peak season starting on Sundays and Mondays)

Lessons for intermediats:

FOR THOSE WHO RANK THEMSELVES AMONG THE BEST

Half-day or whole day programs that will support your lilttle experts to perfect their skills whilst having plenty of fun.
A final race followed by an award ceremony takes place on the last day of the program which is usually a Friday.
Children are grouped by ability (Please note that the ability of mananging the snowplough is required) .
This Course includes:
- fun downhill skiing through the forest
- jumps over small ski- jumps
- improvement of technique
- gain a solid understanding of the safty aspects and the 'Rules of Conduct'
- raise appreciation for nature and the mountain enviroment

Duration:1/2 - up to 6 days

Time:10:00am-11:50am and 14:00pm-15:45pm

Start:Officaly starting on Mondays and Sundays but it's possible to join our groups every day.

The grand final race...

The highlight of the week:

It doesn’t matter if your child just started off as a beginner or has already known how to ski, in the Grand Final Race every child may prove themselves and show what they’ve learned. Afterwards everybody will be rewarded with a medal, a certificate of participation and hopefully with thunderous applause. Costs for the final race are included in the course price if 3 or more days of lessons have been taken. If it needs to be on a different day or doesn’t take place, medals and certificates will still be handed.

Race for non participants:

This race is especially for those, who haven't joined any of our courses or have participated less than 3 days.

Equally to the Grand Final Race of our groups it usually takes place on Fridays.
Concerning the date there might be exceptions during Christmas Holidays.
You can register at our office till 10am on race day
Total price: € 10 for participation (includes a medal and a certificate)
