If your preferred time slot isn't available online, it doesn't automatically mean we're fully booked. Just send us a request via our contact form – we’ll be happy to see if we can find a suitable spot for you. Last-minute, on-site requests may also be possible depending on availability.

Private lessons are ideal if you want to learn individually and at your own pace or improve your skills in a targeted way – regardless of whether you are a beginner or already advanced. Families, friends, and small groups also benefit from personalized instruction and the flexibility of the lessons.
Private sessions can accommodate 1 to 6 people. The price is based on the group size, making private lessons a great value for families or groups of friends.
We offer private lessons flexibly by appointment. You can specify your preferred dates and lesson times when booking. We recommend booking early, especially during holiday periods, so that we can do our best to accommodate your preferred time and, if possible, your preferred instructor.
The meeting point is at assembly area 1. This is located in front of the Oben Ohne Après-Ski Bar.
You are welcome to let us know if you have a preferred ski instructor. We will accommodate your request whenever possible. Should your requested instructor be unavailable due to illness or other last-minute changes, we will find a suitable alternative from our team for you.

Our group courses are generally designed for children of kindergarten and school age. For younger children under 4, we offer a dedicated, specially tailored program in small groups called the Snow-Sigi Adventure.
The meeting point is determined based on the skiing ability indicated during registration or when picking up your course pass. At the meeting point, children are assigned to the appropriate group according to their skill level following a short assessment run.
If it becomes apparent during the course that a child is either over- or under-challenged, we will consult with the ski instructor team to determine if a group change is appropriate. It is important to us that every child feels comfortable in their group and receives the best possible support.
Depending on their skill level, children should meet at the following designated areas:
- Beginners – Meeting Point 1: in front of the Oben Ohne Après-Ski Bar
- Intermediate – Meeting Point 2: at the top station of the "I Magic Carpet" in Kinder-Lachtal
- Advanced – Meeting Point 3: at the top station of the "J Teddy Rope Tow" in Kinder-Lachtal
You will be informed which meeting point to go to when you pick up your course ticket.
If the minimum of 5 participants per skill level is not met, we cannot run the full-day course. In this case, we will offer you a half-day course for up to 3 days or private lessons as an alternative. This ensures we find a suitable solution even for smaller groups.
We generally do not offer half-day groups, as there is insufficient demand. Especially for beginners, children make rapid progress, meaning they can quickly fall behind the rest of the group if they only attend for part of the day.
For advanced children, attendance for just the morning or afternoon is possible by arrangement. In such cases, we offer a corresponding discount.
Lunchtime supervision is not provided. After the morning session, please pick up your child at the designated meeting point and bring them back to the meeting point for the afternoon session.

For more serious damage, we are happy to take a look at your skis or snowboard and give you an honest assessment of whether a repair is still worthwhile.
